One Eye

Cost:	-15 CP (one level only)
Description:	One of your eyes is missing.
Gameplay:	You incur 2 penalty dice for any Skill requiring depth perception (e.g., Throwing, Archery). You also incur a -2 penalty to any Reaction rolls when meeting new people, unless you wear an eyepatch. At the GM's discretion, however, when someone who has never seen you without your eyepatch, they may still incur a -2 or -1 penalty to your chemistry level depending on your experiences with and feelings for each other. Yurik lost an eye in a freak crow attack and now wears an eyepatch to both keep the stares at bay and to protect others from the sight of his empty org. He and his new girlfriend, Gloria, have been together for several weeks. One day, Gloria enters a room suddenly and spots Yurik for the first time without his eyepatch. Usually this would call for an immediate -2 to her Reaction to Yurik, but Gloria has started to develop sincere feelings for Yurik, feelings strong enough that the GM chooses, much to Yurik's relief, to waive the chemistry level penalty.
