Negative Mental Fatigue
If a caster has negative Mental Fatigue, then they loose one point in skill forevery point below 0. After they have reached -Mana in Mental Fatigue, they havepassed out until they regain at least 1 MF point. Whenever a mage goes below -Manamagic points there is a chance that they will be “burned out” by the magic. Foreach point below -Mana they will need one success on a Mana roll. Everyuncountered point will reduce their Mana by one. Denenburg is at the end of his power. He has -6 MF, and his Mana is 7. He castsa spell with 5 drain, lowering his MF to -11. He now rolls a Mana roll, gaining 5 successes; therefore he looses no Mana.
Regaining Mental Fatigue
Regaining Magic Points depends on the activity of the spell caster. Use thefollowing chart for times:

Note: This means that during any ceremony NO magic points will be recovered.
Negative Physical Fatigue
if a caster has negative Physical Fatigue, then they loose one point in Str and 1 point in Dex for every point below 0. After they have reached -Con in PhysicalFatigue, they pass out until they regain at least 1 PF point. Whenever a persongoes below -Con magic points there is a chance that they will tear muscle. Foreach point below -Con they will need one success on a Con roll. Every uncounteredpoint will reduce their Str, and Dex by one.
Regaining Physical Fatigue
Regaining PF depends on the activity of the person. Use the following chart fortimes:
