Promiscuous

Cost:	-5 CP/level
Description:	You have a strong desire for sex. Romance and intimacy are not a concern – your sole goal is sex.
Gameplay:	You will make a pass at any person of whatever gender attracts you and for which you have a positive chemistry level. To avoid doing this, you must make a Will roll (TN=4) and achieve more Ss than your Promiscuous level, modified by any current chemistry level >10. If it helps, think about it as a formula: [# Ss needed] = [Promiscuous level] + (Chemistry level - 10). You must make this roll once every week that you have regular contact with the other person. Note that many things can affect your chemistry level, a change in which could affect your roll modifier.

Sam has Promiscuous=5 and Will=6. One day a drop-dead gorgeous (Beauty=10) new barmaid named Kathy appears in his regular hangout. Sam rolls a Reaction roll. Kathy's beauty gives Sam +4 bonus dice on on his Reaction roll. Unfortunately for Sam, he rolls very well, getting 14 Ss, so he ends up with with a chemistry level toward Kathy of 14. Sam is well beyond besotted, and decides to stop himself from making a pass at Kathy, preferring instead to try to woo her properly. To do so, he needs to make a Will roll and get 9 Ss (5 for Promiscuousness + 4 for his chemistry level (14) minus 10). He rolls 6 dice (for Will) and gets just 4 Ss, not nearly enough, so he makes his pass. Kathy not only turns him down hard, but she publicly slaps and insults him to boot. The GM judges that this is sufficient to lower Sam's chemistry level toward Kathy by 2 levels, to 12. If Sam continues frequenting this tavern, he will have to make another Will roll next week. When he does, he will "only" need 12 Ss to successfully avoid putting the moves on Kathy again.
