This character has a photographic memory. If the player forgets something that the character has seen, then the GM must inform the player of the correct information. This skill adds 1 points/Level to mainly knowledge skills. In other words a skill that cost 5 points to move up now costs 4.

Bix, who has an ordinary memory, and Tad, who has Photographic Memory=3, are both learning to read elvish. Each has 3 months to study (which in game terms means they have 3 CP to spend). Let's see how they get on:
* Bix spends 1 CP for level 1 and 2 more CP for level 2. By spending his 3 CP, Bix reaches level 2.
* Tad's Photographic Memory gives him an extra 3 CP toward each level of elvish, so he gets the first 3 levels completely cost free, then spends 1 CP to get level 4 and 2 more CP to get level 5. By spending his 3 CP, Tad reaches level 5. Clearly, Tad will be able to use elvish much more fluently than Bix, with the same time (CP) investment.
