Cost:	Cost: ±5 CP/level
Description:	You have significantly more or less wealth than other people at the same social strata as you.
Gameplay:	Every level provides you with 25% more or less money than your peers.

Minnie's wealthy father provides her a generous monthly stipend. In her social circle, that's pretty typical. All of her friends are also rich and they receive allowances as well. The difference is that Minnie's Wealth=4 means that she receives twice as much as they do.
